What is this?  Well, it's hard to tell, but across the canyon is a mountain lion.  What luck?!  One photographer had claimed she had been seeking a mountain lion in Yellowstone 17 years.  Genevieve saw one on her second day in Yellowstone.  Through bigger lenses, we could see the big cat clearly resting on a ledge. May 19, 2005
